Receiving Your Results

What time will I receive my (online) A level results?

Your 2021 A level results will be accessible online from 8.30am on Tuesday 10 August

How do I receive my GCSE results?

Your GCSE results will be made available to your school for sharing with you  on Thursday 12 August. Your school/college will advise you how and when you can collect your results from them.

Please note that the Joint Council for Qualifications, JCQ, have highlighted that A, AS and GCSE results will be available to students from 8.30am on results days)

What will I receive on results day?

On results day you will receive a Provisional Statement of Results detailing the subjects you have studied, and the grades awarded for each. No unit level marks are available in Summer 2021 due to the alternative awarding arrangements (Centre Determined Grades).

Can I have my results over the telephone?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue results over the telephone as we would be unable to verify your identity. The Examinations Officer at your centre (school/college) should be able to provide you with your results.

Can I access my results online?

AS and A2 candidates can access their results via the CCEA website. However, this service is only available if your centre has registered for this online results service, and you have your unique username and PIN number.

If you misplace your PIN number, you should contact your Examinations Officer or another designated member of staff in your centre who has login authorisation for the centralised log-in system. They will have the facility to generate a replacement PIN for you. Due to the need for confidentiality, CCEA cannot provide this information to you over the telephone, even as part of the helpline service.
