The helpline can assist you with queries on CCEA examinations and assessments. The helpline cannot assist with results queries for other Awarding Organisations, with careers advice or with university applications. Please note that the helpline will not be available on Monday 28th August 2023 as CCEA offices will be closed for the Bank Holiday.
