On this page
The Department of Education Northern Ireland (DE) has commissioned CCEA Regulation to carry out a Review of Grading in modern languages at GCSE and A level. The languages that will be considered as part of this Review are French, German, Irish and Spanish.
As part of the review, we have designed a student survey to gather views on GCSE and A level languages and their grading.
We are also inviting individuals and organisations who have an interest in languages to submit their views to us.
Student survey
If you are currently studying for, or have recently completed your GCSEs or A levels, we would like to know your views. The survey will be available until Wednesday 5 February 2020 and should take between 5- 10 minutes to complete.
We would advise that you use Google Chrome to open this survey.
All data that you submit will be treated confidentially and any information that could identify an institution or an individual will not be included in any analysis. All findings will be reported on at aggregate level. Any quotes/comments will be anonymised.
