Teachers Find CIEA Training ‘Helpful’ and ‘Informative’

Following the Education Minister’s decision on 6 January 2021 to cancel all GCCE, AS and A Level 2021 summer examinations, the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) were commissioned by the Department of Education to provide further guidance, support and training for teachers, in the development of new awarding arrangements.

Today, Monday 10 May 2021, The Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA), launched a consultation to gather feedback on the proposed CCEA Post Results Service for Summer 2021.

Statutory Assessment 2021

At the end of the Spring Term – the Department of Education (DE) issued a letter to schools, clarifying Statutory Assessment and Pupil Reporting arrangements for the 2020/21 academic year.
