Please find below a link to the recently published Careers Service Advanced Manufacturing in Northern Ireland careers bulletin.
Northern Ireland has a world-class reputation in advanced manufacturing, which was identified in Rebuilding a Stronger Economy as one of the four sectors integral to rebuilding NI’s economy after the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the Department for the Economy’s 10X Economic Vision identified Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering as one of five priority clusters, with the potential to drive the economy forward, providing more, higher-paid jobs within the next decade.
This career bulletin includes short video clips/written articles providing insights into the advanced manufacturing sector, from those who are studying and working in a range of advanced manufacturing disciplines, as well as information on pathways into the advanced manufacturing sector, including further and higher education courses and apprenticeships/higher level apprenticeships.
