While we have attempted to make this site as trouble-free and easy to use as possible, we recognise that it is impossible to create one perfect solution that suits every single end-user. With that in mind we have designed this small troubleshooting section.

Downloads and Plug-Ins

To view some files and areas of this site you will require the following plug-ins:

Adobe Acrobat

Windows Media Player

Interactive PDFs

  1. You will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open our interactive PDFs.
  2. Save the file to your computer - right click and choose "Save Link As/Save Target As".
  3. Navigate to where you saved the document on your computer; right click and open with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
