In the classroom

Collaborative writing features regularly throughout this resource. This gives pupils opportunities to build on the creative power of groups and develop their skills of working with others. We have listed useful resources, apps and websites.

You can use many of the resources on interactive whiteboards. You can include some classroom activities that use the Task Support System and have relevant mark schemes attached.

See our index of key resources.

We have developed this resource for Creative Writing at Key Stage 3. It also supports the statutory curriculum at Key Stage 4 and may be useful to prepare for the Creative Writing aspect of the CCEA Revised Specification for GCSE English Language.
