CCEA provide basedata files for examination entries that centres import into their Management Information System (MIS).

Base-data files are now available for download. New basedata will appear on this page.

Summer 2020 Examination Series Basedata

Entry period 11 November 2019 to 21 February 2020

  • Occupational Studies Units and Cash-ins
  • Online Language Assessment (OLA)
  • Vocational Qualifications Units and Cash-ins (previously QCF)
  • Vocational Qualifications - Modern Language Units and Cash-ins (previously QCF)

Please note VQ Modern Languages, VQ Employability, VQ Understanding Business Enterprise and VQ Creative Crafts were previously listed in the subject field individually. Due to these subject areas now having common units across qualifications they are all linked under Subject Code FFV30 Vocational Qualifications.
