eCandidate Record Sheet is an online application used to provide controlled assessment/coursework marks and other moderation related information to CCEA.

ePortfolio is an online application used to upload samples to CCEA for moderation.

This application:

• Removes the need for centres to collate/package samples for submission to CCEA.
• Lists the candidates in the sample generated by CCEA.
• Provides the facility to:
  • flag the top and bottom candidates or add to the sample (if not already listed);
  • replace a candidate in the original sample in the event the sampled candidate was absent or incomplete work is available;
  • upload files for the candidates in the sample;
  • validate submissions.
