Investors in People
The Investors in People (IiP) standard is a business development tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through the management and development of its people.
The Standard is a nationally quality standard which sets a level of good practice to which organisations should adhere. It provides a framework for improving organisational performance and competitiveness through a planned approach to setting and communicating business objectives and developing people to meet these objectives.
CCEA first achieved accreditation to the standard in 2002, and has been successfully re-accredited in June 2006, 2009, June 2012, December 2015, February 2018, and June 2022. CCEA has retained silver accreditation since December 2015.
CCEA believes that improving staff knowledge and skills is fundamental to the continued success of the organisation and are totally committed to the ethos of the IiP standard.
