How are we doing?
This section focuses on how CCEA is performing as an organisation. The various documents and reports contained within the section:
- set out the standards of performance that CCEA endeavours to meet; and/or
- report on the extent to which CCEA meets these standards.
Some of the standards of performance are set internally and are subject to continuous review and improvement. Other standards are externally set and independently measured and monitored.
For 25 years, we have used a range of quality models to deliver better services for our customers. We are the only organisation in the Northern Ireland public sector to receive accreditation to ISO 9001 continuously for 20 years and have won the Northern Ireland Quality Award, the UK Business Excellence Award and the European Quality Award.
