Each year a significant amount of data is produced by Computer-based Assessments in the areas of literacy and numeracy.
Ardluce Ltd, this year's supplier for the Northern Ireland Numeracy Assessment (NINA), have provided an in depth analysis of assessment data produced over a four year period (2012-2015). Outcomes of this analysis have informed the development of a new report which:
- looks at the trends and patterns in the performance of primary schools availing of the Numeracy CBA (including gender, urban/rural, and free school meal banding for schools); and
- identifies segments of the school population that seem to be consistently under or over performing.
