Health and Social Care A Level is now accredited

CCEA is pleased to announce that the Health and Social Care A Level, for first teaching in September 2016, is now accredited. The specification is available to view online. The Health and Social Care A Level is the 21st specification that has been accredited as part of The ReVision programme to revise CCEA's suite of A level qualifications. You can view the full list on The ReVision microsite.

As you may already know, CCEA has been on the road throughout Northern Ireland, meeting and listening to teachers at our launch and support events. These events have been your opportunity to hear from subject officers on the revised specifications, review our subject guides and ask your questions on the subject matters.

CCEA invites Heads of Departments and/or subject teachers to attend A level Launch & Support events for the Health & Social Care A level. These events will take place on Monday 23 May (Cookstown) and Friday 3 June 2016 (Belfast). Each event will cover the new specification, new Specimen Assessment Materials (SAMs) and support materials.

If you are interested to find out more about the changes in our accredited Health and Social Care A level qualification, you can register online by visiting The ReVision Events.
