Change to Technical Support for the Use of the A2C Migration Application

From Monday 10th December 2012, Avco will no longer be providing the A2C Helpline to support centres in the use of the A2C Migration Application for the submission of entries, amendments and forecast grades and for the receipt of results files.

All queries from centres will now be handled by the individual Awarding Organisation.

If you have queries regarding A2C, in the first instance please refer to the FAQ section of the A2C website a2c.avcosystems.com/Help.

If this does not answer your query, then please contact your Awarding Organisation whose details can be found at a2c.staging.avcosystems.com/Help/Contact.

Centres in Northern Ireland managed through C2k should continue to use the C2k Support Desk for A2C related queries.
