Estates Project Manager (Temporary)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to lead the development and delivery of a new Estates Strategy to provide a more fit for purpose and affordable future estate for the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA). 

As the Estates Project Manager, you will be an experienced and driven estates professional with a proven record of achievement. This is a challenging role that requires commercial acumen, accomplished interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate through complex regulatory environment to ensure that tangible outcomes are delivered. 

The post is offered on a fixed term or secondment basis for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
