Education Manager - Music, Performing Arts and Drama (Qualifications and Key Stage 3)

This is a fixed-term employment position with CCEA

CCEA places itself at the heart of the Northern Ireland community, with a remit that includes the development of the school curriculum, regulating qualifications and conducting examinations and assessment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of CCEA’s qualifications, from overseeing teams contracted to revise specifications and develop and write examination papers through to developing materials to support teachers and learners and managing the qualification awarding process.

To be successful you will be highly motivated with experience of teaching Music, and working at middle management level. Experience of teaching Performing Arts and/or Drama is desirable.

This post is offered initially on a fixed term or secondment contract basis for 1 year with the possibility of extension.
