CCEA is commited to ensuring a high quality of service to its customers. Within the resources available to us we aim to provide effective products and services which meet or exceed your expectations. However, sometimes things go wrong. If you are dissatisfied with any product or service provided by us we want to hear from you straight away. You may complain or raise a concern with us by using the online complaint form. Often an issue can be resolved quickly and easily by contacting the person with whom you have been dealing. You can also do this in person, by telephone, email or letter.
